I am licensed as a Limited Licensed Psychologist. I practice under the supervision of Dr. Donald Zaksek, PhD, LP. In Michigan, an LLP may practice independently while under the supervision of a Licensed Psychologist (LP).

I am a behavioral psychologist with a master’s degree in Clinical Behavioral Psychology from Eastern Michigan University. I work with children, teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, emotional stress, neurodivergence, and other complex or overlapping challenges. I believe therapy should offer both support and direction: a place where you can feel understood while also building toward meaningful change.

Areas of Focus

My work often includes support for

  • Anxiety and chronic stress

  • Emotional overwhelm and regulation

  • Neurodivergent affirming care

  • Complex presentations

  • Parenting and family relationships

  • Identity development and LGTBQ+ affirming care

  • Life transitions and developing new coping skills

Behavioral Strategies

Noticing routine behaviors can help pinpoint small, impactful shifts that allow for a greater sense of ease at home, within a career, or in academic settings.

My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded. I aim to create a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what has been feeling hard. Together, we look at patterns, strengths, relationships, and the broader context of your life so that the work feels relevant and useful rather than one-size-fits-all. I draw from behavioral and skills-based approaches, while keeping the work flexible and responsive to your needs. My intention is to offer care that feels thoughtful, affirming, and practical in everyday life.

Therapeutic Approach

Emotion Regulation and Coping

I provide dedicated support to develop skills for navigating intense emotions and stress with self-compassion, helping daily life feel more balanced and steady.

Cognitive and Skills-Based Work

I examine the thoughts, feelings, and habits that create a sense of being stuck, using concrete skills to improve communication, coping, and problem-solving.
